1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Refunds or exchanges are applicable only if the request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • For hygiene reasons, perfumes and customized jewellery cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
  • Items purchased during a sale or with a discount cannot be refunded unless proven defective.

3. Process for Refunds and Returns

  • Upon approval, you will receive instructions for sending the product back to us.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, the refund process will begin.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund as per your preference.
