1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Refunds or exchanges are applicable only if the request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
- For hygiene reasons, perfumes and customized jewellery cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
- Items purchased during a sale or with a discount cannot be refunded unless proven defective.
3. Process for Refunds and Returns

- Upon approval, you will receive instructions for sending the product back to us.
4. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
